Effective Solutions Consulting provides business consulting, audits, scorecards, and implementation support intended to improve business clarity, profitability, and execution.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services and Deliverables

Service details, scope, deliverables, and timelines are described on the website and in any booking or engagement materials. We may update or refine the Services over time.

4. No Professional Advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes and for general business improvement. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your business decisions and should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings may be scheduled through Calendly or other scheduling tools. Payments may be processed through Square or another payment processor.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise:

• Payment is due in advance to confirm your booking.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be treated as a late cancellation and may be nonrefundable.

• No shows may be nonrefundable.

If a refund policy is published for a specific offer, that policy controls for that offer. If no refund policy is published, refunds are granted only at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

To obtain the best results, you agree to provide accurate information, complete requested intake items, and participate in a timely manner. You are responsible for implementing recommendations unless implementation support is included in your engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, frameworks, templates, graphics, and written materials are owned by Effective Solutions Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any materials from the Services.

• Share purchased materials publicly or with nonparticipants.

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary methods or templates for resale.

 

8. Limited License for Personal Business Use

If you purchase or receive templates or resources, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use them within your own business. This license does not allow resale, redistribution, or public posting.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effective Solutions Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Effective Solutions Consulting from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

 

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Services, clients, or our rights. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

 

16. Changes to These Terms
